You know the drill -I've been busy, yada, yada, yada.....
It's been the usual lately - eat, sleep, work, Emma - with one exception. Ya, there's always one exception.
This past week my super fantastic hottie Mama turned 50. That's right, 50. I am 29 in 2 weeks - you do the math. So, to show her how much we adore her, we (meaning me and my insane-o clan) threw her a very lovely surprise party. Not only did we pull off the surprise bit, but I think most of the attendees had fun, which is really the best you can hope for when my family gets together.

I've got some fun and funky things coming up in the next couple of weeks, including a whole 10 day stretch off work, when I will be having some time with Emma, as well as what is shaping up to be the best birthday weekend ever. Maybe I'll blog about it ;)
