I Love Canucks!!

Seriously. I may even love the team as much as I love my child. So there I was at 8:30 am this morning, checking out the boys during their training camp at Bear Mountain Arena. The team was split into two groups - one group training in the morning, and one in the afternoon. I took lots and lots of pictures....

Emma was bored after 5 minutes, but we kept her as busy as we could....french fries, licorice, and trips to her favorite park just around the corner.Kevin Bieksa!!Alain Vigneault (the coach) likely thought we were crazy, but I had Emma pose a whole bunch of times when he was right in front of us....My #1 Canuck, Trevor Linden, was in the afternoon group and I seriously got tingles getting as close to him as I did.
Trevor's front...Trevor's back....He is Roberto. He is the goalie. Trevor and Roberto...stretching and chatting...something I could totally be into...

So yeah, there's a sample for ya. I didn't take the time to get autographs, as there was quite the crowd and Emma had totally had enough. However, I did get lucky and run into the team's General Manager Dave Nonis in the hall...words were exchanged and he patted Emma on the head as he walked by her. Shauna says that means some good Emma ju ju rubbed off on him and the 'Nucks will win the Cup this year. I think she's right.
